Our Easy Registration Process

Step 1: Register Your Group

Click the button below to download a registration form. Then fill it out and mail it to us along with your deposit anytime during this year's registration period.* You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as we process your registration.

Step 2: Pick Your Rooms

Click the button below to download the rooming list for your group based on your lodging assignment. Then fill it out and mail it to us anytime before this year's final deadline.* We'll work with the conference center to arrange all of the details so you can focus on your students.

Step 3: Send Final Payment

You can send your final payment anytime before the final deadline.* We understand that sometimes your plans change and you need to add or drop student registrations. Just keep us up-to-date with your registration and rooming list changes and we will work out the details with you along the way.

Step 4: Just Show Up!

Seriously! We'll hand over your room keys, wristbands, schedules, and everything else you need to kick off an incredible worship experience when you check-in with our staff. Easy peasy.

Registration Period

Early Bird Price ($250) available with postmarked registration on or before Monday, October 6, 2025. Standard Price ($275) applied to registrations postmarked between October 7, 2025 and December 15, 2025. All registrations, final payments, and required forms must be postmarked on or before Monday, December 15, 2025.
