The EDGE is designed for both students and youth leaders/workers. While there are no “official" age limits to attend The EDGE, we consider youth to be Middle School and High School or 6th grade through 12th grade students.

You should be able to download any document you need for the conference from our Downloads page. If not, please contact us and let us know.

Certainly. You may add students to the conference as long as the conference is not full and registration is not closed. After the final payment date please contact us about anyone you may need to add and we will do our best to accommodate.

We would love to have your children at the conference and make the opportunity for more adult chaperones to attend. However, every child takes up a space in the hotel and in the worship center. So, we have 2 options. Either make a rule that says no children. Or, charge full price for each child in attendance. We don’t really want to do either. So we ask that you consider our quandary and contact us if you must bring the little ones.

Sure. Simply give us a call and we will give you a rate for your private bus driver room. You can also use this option for anyone coming with your group that does not need admission to the conference itself. We will arrange lodging and you will pay the additional fee as a part of your overall group registration.

We have. We understand that there are some groups who may be a bit overzealous about getting front-row seats. However, we feel that assigned seating at the conference is a polarizing issue. We have considered assigning seats but with only four large-group sessions it is next to impossible to ensure that each group gets a prime seat in at least one worship service. So for now we have decided not to assign seats. We feel that our efforts are better utilized by managing the crowd and streamlining our walk-in process rather than assigning seating.

The best way to understand this is to think about your deposits having no face or no name. If you send us 30 deposits, then you have reserved space for 30 people. It does not matter who those thirty people are. If Susie drops and Mark adds, you still have 30 and you don’t owe us any more deposit money. Mark simply takes Susie’s spot. However, if Susie drops and you do not replace her, you DO NOT get that deposit money back. It is non-refundable. It cannot be applied to your overall account balance.
