* Mission:Grand Work Project

Mission:Grand is a unique mission opportunity taking place at this winter’s Pigeon Forge conference. In lieu of small group Bible study sessions and adult leadership training sessions all registrants will have the opportunity to participate in work projects around The Grand Resort between worship celebrations on Sunday. These projects will include activities such as painting, restoring, stacking, moving and deep cleaning. Participation is optional; your group may elect to have free time instead of taking part in Mission:Grand projects.

Aside from included Sunday work projects we are also inviting the first 100 registrants interested in attending The EDGE one day early for a special pre-conference work project. Before conference attendees arrive on Saturday we will be cleaning all of the rooms that will be occupied during the conference. Participation in this extra work day will also include lodging on Friday night and a special acoustic worship experience with The Jonathan Project on Friday evening. The cost of this option is $25 per person in addition to the normal conference registration fee.

The Fine Print

Registration opens on Monday, August 1, 2011. No registrations will be accepted if they are postmarked before this date.

Final payment deadline is Monday, November 28, 2011. All payments and Rooming Lists must be postmarked on or before this date to attend the conference.

Deposits are transferable but not refundable. Example: A group registers 10 people. One person decides not to attend. The leader can replace that person with another person (“transfer” their deposit) but the leader cannot apply that deposit amount to the group’s balance or get that deposit back in cash.

No registration is confirmed without a deposit of $50 per person.

We will randomly separate students into Bible Study groups at the event. You will receive colored wristbands at check-in for your students corresponding to each group.

Adult Leadership Training Sessions take place during Student Bible Study Sessions and are coordinated by Go To Youth Ministry.
