How do I register?

  1. First of all, download a Registration Form, print it out, and then fill it out completely. Once it is filled out send it to us along with your deposit of $50 per person anytime after Monday, August 4, 2008. We do not currently accept credit card payments and no registration will be official without a deposit.
  2. Next, fill out a Rooming List and send it to us along with your final payment before the final payment deadline (Monday, December 1, 2008). All final payments and forms must be postmarked on or before the final payment deadline. Any new registrations or additions at the deadline must be paid in full.
  3. We will send you a final letter about 2 weeks prior to your conference with any last minute information for your group. All you have to do now is show up at the conference. Our staff will make sure your rooms are ready and they will be waiting on you and your group with everything you need to check-in at The EDGE.

Registration Opens. No registrations will be accepted if postmarked before this date.
Monday, December 1, 2008
Final Payment Deadline. All payments and forms for all registered groups must be postmarked on or before this date otherwise you may lose your group’s spot at the conference.
